EVENT DETAILS
Thanks to thumb drives, broadband wireless, and other technologies, it’s getting faster and easier to transfer data. With the workforce growing increasingly reliant on laptops and mobile devices, the data on those devices has more opportunities to get lost, stolen, or copied without the owner being any the wiser. For industries that manage large amounts of private personal data, such as healthcare and financial services, this reality is particularly worrisome. Centralized computing offers an optimal solution to secure and manage mobile devices.
This discussion will cover:
- The mobile access paradigm
- Current mobile usage trends
- The technology implications of remote computing
- The benefits of a centralized computing solution
Presenter:
